After being furloughed last year, Peter Skoczylas started selling coffee from his bike. Stol Coffee is a one-man business aiming to bring the community of Penarth coffee and cookies, which has already been a huge success. Seeing people come out of hard times with great new businesses is great and he has become a meaningful part of the Penarth community
