If you’re looking try try something a little different, keep an eye out for the opening of the Vale Resort’s Gin Distillery opening on 26 March

Set in the basement of Hensol Castle, visitors will be able to distil, bottle and take home their very own bespoke bottle of gin, made to their own specific taste in the gin school. They will be able to look around the distillery operation, discover the ingredients used, and enjoy a gin tasting session afterwards. Don’t forget to mention Penarth View!
