Busy Easter’s are back! As we, finally, come out of lockdown restrictions, we can once again enjoy Easter like we used to (while still keeping ourselves safe). So we’ve put together a calendar of all the upcoming Easter/Spring events for the whole family to enjoy.

Easter Duck Trail at Llanelli Wetland Centre

9th- 24th April

During the Easter holidays, we will need your help to find all of the cheeky yellow ducks that are hiding amongst their real-life friends in the wetlands. Pick up your free trail card and follow the clues to spot them. Find them all and win a tasty prize for your efforts!

The Golden Egg Treasure Hunt

10th – 24th April

We have taken a shining replica of Harry’s Golden Egg to 10 amazing coast and countryside locations around the Vale of Glamorgan and taken a photo of it in each location. All you need to do is car it, bike it or bus it to find out where we went!

Find and visit all 10 locations (between 10-24 April) to complete our online quiz for your chance to win the Golden Egg used in the photographs (a replica worth £70) plus a 2 day trip to London including a Family Studio Tour at Harry Potter World and overnight hotel stay including breakfast for a family of four.

Easter at Forage Farms

17th – 18th April

Our Easter Egg Trail will be available with prizes to collect! Walk our scenic route, hunt the eggs and collect the clues for a prize at the end.

Enjoy our very own lambs, reared here at Penllyn Estate Farm, who will be penned on the lawn for you to get close and say hello! Join us for a performance sure to ignite the imagination of children and adult’s alike. Over 300 vintage tractors will be making their way through Forage on Sunday 17th. Join us for the parade and witness the fun. Ready to transform into whatever character you have in mind? Unleash your Easter Ego with glitter tattoos and fairy crafting available too!

Cowbridge Food and Drink Festival

17th – 18th April

Since being founded in 2004, the festival has grown from a one day event with 40 exhibitors and 4,000 visitors to a whole weekend attracting 100+ exhibition stands and well over 10,000 visitors to the town. The two days showcase the finest produce from Wales and beyond, with lots of delicious food and drink to sample and purchase.

The Big Museum Easter Trail at National Museum Cardiff

15th – 18th April

Become an Easter detective – Crack the code – Claim your tasty treat! 

Complete a cute craft to become a detective bunny, then set off on your way to search for our bunny friends hiding around the Museum. 

There will be 3 Eggciting Challenges to complete! Crack the code…  This will be your secret password to claim your treat. Spot the difference… use your powers of deduction to spot the different between our National Museum Bunnies. Golden Egg… and for the super sleuths, can you spot the extra tiny golden egg hiding at one of the locations?
