• Heart Screening in Wales
• Placing Defibrillators in Welsh Communities
• Providing free CPR & Defibrillator training

So, join the fun and be part of something truly SANTA-FANTASTIC this Christmas to help us save lives in Wales!

We have been advised from the Welsh Government that our Santa Dash can not go ahead in it’s usual format.

We are still running the 5k and dressing up in full festive attire but instead, we ask that you run the event in groups of no more than 30, in a location of your choice. The benefit of this is that there will be no restrictions to Cardiff only residents as the race can be ran anywhere across Wales.

We will be documenting everyone’s efforts on our social media channels so please remember to tag @welshhearts in all your posts.

Heart disease doesn’t stop for a pandemic so we MUST continue with our fundraising efforts in order to keep saving lives so please do not be put off taking part, instead ensure you are following the guidelines listed below, have fun and let’s raise more together.

Please ensure all groups are kept to 30 people or less as per government guidelines.

• A safe distance of 2 meters is kept ensuring everyone’s safety
• Sanitiser is used frequently throughout the day
• Those who have signs or symptoms of COVID-19 prior to your fun school NOT attend but instead, seek testing.
