Have fun this Christmas and go the extra mile by joining Welsh Hearts for a festive life-saving 5K dash!

Whether you walk our run, join in the fun with friends, family and work-mates to raise money for a great cause!

All monies raised will go towards:

❤️ Placing Defibrillators in Welsh communities
❤️ Providing free CPR & Defibrillator training
