This walk follows a path to the beach passing waterfalls and a derelict watermill. A steep climb up to the clifftops and head north along the coast passing bronze age earthworks then cross Cwm Bach to a view of the sea stack. Retracing some steps and returning inland via Wick and its two windmills and fields to the ruined Grange at Monknash then following the valley to our start point.
