A flat and gentle 8km around Cardiff Bay going out across the Barrage and over the top of Grangemoor Park on the Ely Trail. Starting and finishing at Coffi Co. in the Bay. Majoity of the route is on pavements or tarmac with the exception being when we go over the top of Grangemoor.
