Nerys will take us step-by-step through one of her mouth watering seasonal recipes while also giving us an insight into her scrumptious new books, Welsh Food by Season. By the end of the event you will have prepared a delicious meal to enjoy at home. Staying in really is the new going out!

Nerys Howell travels all over the world promoting food and drink from Wales. Her bilingual book Cymru ar Blat/ Wales on a Plate, was shortlisted for the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards (2010).
