Nell Stevens’ Mrs Gaskell and Me is about unrequited love, the romance of friendship, and forming a way of life outside the conventions of your time. Hugely compelling, moving and wildly funny, it asks important questions about what it means to be a woman in the world we live in.

Doors open at 2:30pm for a 3pm start on Wednesday 12th September at All Saints Church, Penarth. Tickets cost £15 including a copy of the book and a delicious cream tea.
