From Castle to Church

A lovely all day walk from Barry Castle along the Glamorgan Heritage Coast to Rhoose Point (The most Southerly point in Wales). Then into the Rural Vale via farm tracks and quiet lanes, along the Llancarfan Valley to the village of Llancarfan to view the fantastic medieval wall paintings in St Cadoc’s Church. Returning via Pen-Onn Farm, Penmark Village and Porthkerry Country Park West Ridge.
