Discover amazing gin courtesy of The Gin To My Tonic at Cardiff’s historic heart, Cardiff Castle.

During the course of this fun and informal event you will receive a five-course full size Gin & Tonic tasting menu, allowing you to enjoy the diverse spectrum of flavours that gin has to offer. Each course has been designed to take you on a journey of gin discovery, with the aim of introducing you to a superb array of gins that you may not have encountered before. It promises to be a real celebration of gin!

The Gin To My Tonic will introduce each of the specially selected gins at 30 minute intervals, and present their backstory, botanical make up and tasting notes. An appropriate tonic and garnish will also be provided with each course.

Between courses The Gin To My Tonic will circulate the room answering any questions you may have. Otherwise just sit back and relax, enjoy your gin, and soak up the hugely atmospheric surroundings. Dating from the 15th century, the stone-vaulted Undercroft is one of the oldest parts of the Castle. Decorated with hanging banners and drapes, it’s perfect setting for our gin tasting evening.

Tickets cost £44.99 per person, which includes entry, five 35ml measures of gin, five premium tonics, five different garnishes, and bar snacks. You’ll receive a ‘ Gin To My Tonic’ Copa glass, stainless steel straw and glass bag which are yours to take home with you. This exclusive event has been limited to 100 tickets per session.
