Barry Island Sprint Triathlon

Organised by All or Nothing Events, the popular Sprint Triathlon will return to Barry Island Beach, on Sunday 29 May.

Registration will take place on Saturday 28 May along the Prom, and the first race wave will take place at 7am on Sunday 29 May.

The Tri will include a swim in Whitmore Bay, Barry Island, a cycle on closed roads, with a secure athlete only transition area, and a run along the Barry Island Coastline.

At the finish make sure you collect your medal, goodie bag and hand over your timing chip.

The finishers ceremony will take place at approx 10am with the award podium and prizes to 1st, 2nd, 3rd male and female winners
