The Cardiff International Food and Drink Festival showcases the best of Welsh produce alongside that of its international neighbours. It will host over 40 individual food and drink producers from throughout Wales who will be joined by producers from France, Germany, Norway, Italy and the Czech Republic.  Together with a full entertainment programme featuring music, dance, street entertainers and cookery demonstrations along with a French ‘Guingette’ serving Muscadet wine and a well-stocked bar and restaurant tent.   Craft*folK stalls can be found opposite the Millennium Centre where genuine artists and craftspeople promote their hand made creations, adding to the colourful atmosphere and diversity of this extremely popular event.
