A Day of Yoga Events at Margam Castle
Morning Yoga with Natalie 10-11: 30 am, £15
A 90-minute class summer flows in the castle to move the body and celebrate the arrival of summer just ahead of the solstice.
All levels welcome.
Yoga for Runners & Cyclists with Natalie – 12-1pm, £12
A yoga class focused on those common tight spots for runners and cyclists. Taught with a few to provide you with tips and stretches you can do at home.
All levels welcome.
Family Yoga with Lizzie 1:30-2: 15 pm, £12 (one child) £15 (two children)
A class for both parents and kids – Lizzie will take you on a journey through postures and playful theatre, every story has a moral or a theme integrated, giving children a chance to learn through postures and play.
Yoga practices for Stress with Natalie – 2:45-3: 45 pm, £12
A class looking at breathing & mindfulness techniques, as well as gentle movement, to help ease the feeling that has become all too commonplace in modern life.
Free Closing Meditation with Natalie – 4.15-4.45pm
What to bring:
YOGA – please bring your yoga mat, and something warm for savasana.
Parking – all tickets include free parking in the main park car park.
