The Being Omni steps are simple and quick exercises you can do anytime without needing anything other than you! Learn how the steps help you to pause and re-set, creating a little space to breathe and recover. Step one, conscious breathing, is where the mind quietens and you get some reprieve from overthinking. Step two is where you begin to connect to your body, becoming more whole and present. Step three increases the inner-outer connection to the world around you. They easily fit into your day-to-day living – and put the onus back on you where self-belief can really bloom.
