Pippa-Marie SheppardCommunity, Events

Christmas is drawing nearer, and after the past year I think it’s safe to say that we all deserve a magical December surrounded by the ones we love most. From visits with Santa to skating the night away within the grounds of Cardiff Castle, there are plenty of fun activities to look forward to. Here at Penarth View, we’ve put together a list of festive local events that will be sure to give you the Christmas you deserve.

Cardiff’s Winter Wonderland

Winter Wonderland has made a much-welcomed return to Cardiff this year, and it’s said to not be like anything you’ve seen before. Split across two prestigious locations, there will be plenty of space to enjoy the attractions we all know and love.

Santa Sleigh coming to Dinas Powys

There is no better feeling than seeing the joy on your children’s faces when they get to visit Santa. This Christmas, Rotary Club of Dinas Powys are spreading some cheer and have decided to run a Santa Sleigh visit to parts of Dinas Powys. From Friday 3rd December until Sunday 5th December, children and parents alike are welcome to have their photos taken with Santa and his Sleigh, as well as encouraged to make a donation which will be doubled by Rotary and used to purchase food supplies for the local food bank.
