Cardiff is set to follow Bristol’s lead in supporting the LGBTQ+ community by replacing a standard zebra crossing with a rainbow version. 

Although the location is yet to be announced, it is said that the crossing will be in a ‘prominent’ location within the city. 

The crossing it expected to include the six colours of orange, red, blue, violet, green and yellow, as well as black and brown to represent people of colour and baby blue, pink and white to include the trans flag within its design. 

It is hoped the crossing will be completed by Autumn.
