After over a year of gruelling on-and-off lockdowns, Wales has recently began to spring back to life over the past few weeks with the gentle easing into Alert Level 3. Whilst all non-essential shops were given the go-ahead to re-open on 12th April, pubs cafes and restaurants were only granted permission to open outdoor-facilities.
