We’ll be marking Hen Galan, the old Welsh New Year in Penarth, on Sunday 12th January, with a Mari Lwyd event at the Penarth Pier Pavilion.

The celebrations start at Penarth Clifftops around 1:00pm and will begin by rolling the head of the giant Bendigeidfran down the hill, to the beach, arriving at Penarth Pier Pavilion around 2:00pm.
