Caerau Vale Trampoline Club Summer Camp 2022

Caerau Vale Trampoline Club are welcoming you to Cardiff Bay and the Vale of Glamorgan for a Trampoline Summer Camp!

Caerau Vale Trampoline Club is excited to be able to offer a residential summer camp for Summer 2022. From the 15th to the 19th of August, Gymnasts, Coaches and Helpers from across the UK will be coming to Wales.

During the day (9-5), gymnasts will be able to access high quality and holistic Trampoline and Double Mini Trampoline training. We will be using high quality equipment, including an overhead rig and a foam pit. Training days will typically include Trampolining, DMT, Conditioning, Flexibility work, and some fun along the way too!

We are excited to be able to offer residential stay for the week at Bay Den Scout Hall. We will be transforming the hall into our residences for the week with on site catering and toilet/ showering facilities. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements and we can take these into account with catering for the whole week.

The fun will continue into the evening! We’ve got a range of activities planned: a pizza and movie night; a BBQ and treasure hunt; a trip to the Cardiff International Pool; and bowling!
